The home is not child-proofed and may not be suitable for small children. This includes but is not limited to water feature access (pool and lake), outlets, cords, and sharp corners throughout the house.

There is a latched gate on the side of the house and an alarm bell that chimes when the sliding door is opened. The lanai screen doors which exit outside also have latches placed higher than normal to deter children from existing unsupervised. However, all of these can be defeated in some way or another and the best safety is adult supervision.  Please watch your children at all times!

There are 3 exterior security cameras: A ring doorbell, the pool, and the side of the house. There is 1 built in camera in the Brilliant smart panel in the rec/dining room. This camera is turned off at the panel already and cannot be activated remotely. There is also a physical cover that guests can and should use for added peace of mind.
